This family-owned business has been running since 1972. They are one of the largest distributors and wholesalers in natural cave bird’s nests in Malaysia. I helped the business to set up a Facebook business account in order to get connected to the digital world. Back then, there was no business related account on Facebook. I curated, created, designed and published the contents in bilingual languages, which are English and Chinese. As a result, this page has more than 1,500 fans throughout Malaysia, Indonesia and Taiwan.

Xi’An Town
A female empowerment themed restaurant brings in Xi'An home cooked style food to Williamsburg, NY. I set up the business social media accounts: Google, Yelp, Facebook and Instagram Business accounts. I created some of the content from designing, content writing, and publishing. I also worked with Crayon HQ in public relations. Xi’An Town featured and mentioned by 128 press as such Eater, NewYorkian.com, Bushwick Daily, FREEwilliamsburg. In order to connect with customers, I collaborated with ABCpos to develop a Xi’An Town business website which integrated with Xi’An Town customer relationship management software and Point-of-sales (POS) system.

LOVELASH NYC
2 female immigrants started eyelash extension business in Times Square, NY for their American dreams. With no presence in social media and little knowledge in digital marketing, I set up their social media accounts: Google, Facebook, Instagram and Yelp. I created some of the contents from designing, content writing, and publishing. Besides, I configured their business website with their POS system, Square for online appointments, meaning any customers who make an appointment from their website, Lovelash NYC will receive notification in their POS system. I also set up appointment feature via Facebook which allow the business owners to reach out to potential customers and set up automatic reminders after confirming the appointments.

Reaching to Chinese targeted audience
Brooklyn Microblading School -Wei Jen International
A female run beauty school based in Brooklyn, NY specialized in providing embroidery/microblading training, image promoting, etiquette guidance, facial treatments and medical cosmetology. Each of the microblading training costs around $2000 - $4000, depending on the type of courses. The company has 2 locations in NYC. Their targeted customers are Chinese. So, most of the creative assets that I have curated and created were in Chinese. I helped the business in editorial, flyers designing and logo design.
